About Us

Starting from Jan.04th, 2025, Meow's Retreat has held over 20 gatherings, including retreat events, supper club, girls' night, and themed connecting events, established a community over 120+ members. It's a place where friendship grows and a journey where we heal ourselves.

In psychology, French psychiatrist Boris Cyrulnik highlights the significance of expression and communication in self-healing. He argues that by narrating personal experiences, individuals can reshape their self-perception and support psychological recovery. This approach, known as “narrative practice,” underscores the power of writing and verbal expression in releasing inner emotions and thoughts, ultimately fostering self-healing.

Founded by a collective of artists, Meow’s Retreat embraces creativity as a key element in the journey of self-healing and self-growth. As a result, storytelling, writing, drawing, and personal expression are deeply woven into our practice, offering a space for reflection, transformation, and connection. Each element of the evening is thoughtfully designed to encourage emotional processing, self-awareness, and interpersonal connection, guided by psychological principles such as mindfulness, expressive therapy, and social bonding.
